This is very helpful if your Domain Manager is in one location and your agents and SS is in another area.

Resolution

There are 2 methods to remove a Staged Package from a Scalability Server :

UnStage (This is the recommended way)

This removes the package from the Scalability Server and tells the Domain Manager that the file is removed. There are 2 places to do this:

- Thru the Scalability Server section of the GUI:

- Thru the Software Package Section:

Delete: (This method is not recommended, but can be used in an Emergency.)

This method does Delete the package from the Scalability Server, but does not tell the Domain Manager it has been removed.

**** This should be used if the Scalability Server has crashed and/or been deactivated

- Thru the Scalability Server section of the GUI:

- Thru the Software Package Section:
