Resolution

This is intended to provide you with key dates regarding the discontinuance of the support of Unified Authentication OTP Service for in-cloud or on-premise.

End of Support: Symantec has discontinued support of the Unified Authentication OTP Service as of December 31, 2015. All existing UA OTP customers should convert to the latest version of VIP to receive support. Note: Symantec VIP is not affected by this announcement.

What Does This Mean?:  If you are using UA OTP software (on-premise or in cloud) and associated plugins for integrating your enterprise network infrastructure and applications, you must convert to the latest VIP Service and start using the latest version of VIP Enterprise Gateway and associated third-party integration plugins available.  The UA OTP software is no longer supported.

To obtain VIP Manager Administrator access to acquire the latest version of VIP Enterprise Gateway and associated third-party integration plugins files, please log in to your VIP Manager portal.
