The Symantec Email Quarantine works only on official browsers provided by acknowledged companies.

Resolution

The Symantec Email Quarantine is officially supported with the following desktop and mobile browsers.

 Desktop browsers supported:

•     Firefox: Version 35.0 and above
•     Google Chrome: Version 43 and above
•     Safari: Version 5.1 and above
•     Microsoft Edge

Mobile browsers supported :

• Google Chrome Mobile
• Firefox Mobile
• Microsoft Edge
