Resolution

Using Symantec Endpoint Encryption in a Windows Roaming Profiles environment may have unexpected behavior and is not a supported configuration.  This functionality may or may not work with Symantec Endpoint Encryption, and technical support will not be provided if this functionality is in use.

NOTE: Windows Roaming Profiles is compatible with Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2.

A Feature Request has been made to support Roaming Profiles with Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11.

Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.  This Feature Request is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version of the product.  Technical Support filed a Feature Request to add this product feature. Note that an feature request is exactly that, a request. There is no committed date for this request from the Encryption Product Management team, nor from the Encryption Engineering team at this time.
