Issue/Introduction

 While looking at the Symantec Management Agent UI, Managed Deliver Policies (SWM) or Software Update Policies (SWU) do not appear listed.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

Policy request from client filters out SWM or SWU policies due to licensing issue. All other policies are properly delivered as expected.

Verify if solution licenses are in order before contacting Technical Support.
