Why am I getting the following?

Running a batch Easytrieve Online proc, I am getting the following, with no compile listing. 

AMPX033E NIL POINTER CHECKING ERROR Z 

PROGRAM HALTED DUE TO ERROR COUNTZ

Resolution

When I search for “AMPX033E NIL POINTER CHECKING ERROR Z” I find IBM APARs associated with SCLM – software configuration library manager.  

AMPX033E is not an Easytrieve message.  

I recommend the customer contact IBM for necessary maintenance.

More information on the error. 

The AMPX033E is an IBM Pascal message. I’m not able to find IBM documents with Pascal error messages.
