Feature Request: Support for Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)

Issue/Introduction

 

Resolution

General release for Mac OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) is available, however Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 did not support this release, due to the System Integrity Protection (SIP) feature included with El Capitan.

Starting with Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.4, it is now possible to encrypt the system.  For information on how to encrypt a system running El Capitan, please see article TECH235027.
