Enhancement Request: Provide support for deploying / reporting on Microsoft Update: 'lpksp2013-kb2817427-fullfile-x86-en-us.exe' by Patch Management Solution.

This was reviewed and deemed unable to support due to product limitations of deployment for Language Packs. 

This update may be deployed via a custom Software Delivery Job.
