Notes
- VIP Access 2.2 is not supported for iOS 5.x and below. This is due to a limitation with iPhone devices running iOS 8.0 that causes VIP Access Push notifications to not reach the VIP Access for iPhone 2.2 app after upgrading the app from a previous version. To resolve, launch VIP Access for iPhone 2.2 after the app is upgraded.

Known Issues
- VIP Access user interface always appears in the portrait mode irrespective of the device position and configuration. · VIP Access Push notification may not be received when the devices running iOS versions 6.x or higher, are in the Wi-Fi network and are in the sleep mode. This discussion in the Apple website can be referred to for a detailed understanding of the problem and suggested resolutions.
