Origin of the timestamp for _eventTime column in multiple SMP database tables

Issue/Introduction

Question:
There is an “_eventTime” column scattered amongst SMP Core and solution tables.  Where is this timestamp populated from?

Environment

ITMS 7.x, 8.x

Resolution

Answer:
This column is populated "when the data loader on the NS processes the message (usually NSEs)", which means, the time on the SMP server.
