Revisions for Description change is unusual in some cases

Issue/Introduction

Revision history for text fields such as 'Description' do not consistently display what was changed (from - to) why is this happening?

Resolution

 

 

-Each revision can be up to 4000 characters - this includes the words Rally uses to describe what has changed as well as HTML formatting
-If the revision is small enough to be able to show the from values entirely along with the new values it will
-If the revision is too large to show the from and new values, it will show the differences minus the formatting (to save space)
-If the revision is exceeds the 4000, it will show [too long to show result]
