Issue/Introduction
Service Desk Manager r14.1 document, 'Visualizer Administration' > 'How to Configure CMDB Visualizer', says we must change "USD_WEBSERVICE_URL" and "PARENT_APPLICATION" in the cmdbvisualizerconfig.properties file. However, "PARENT_APPLICATION" does not exist in it. How to add or change it?

On Service Desk Manager r14.1, CA CMDB Visualizer works by using the variable "USD_WEBSERVICE_URL" and the PARENT_APPLICATION variable is not used. Therefore, you do not have to add or change it in the properties file.
