How to remove an 'IN USE BY' indicator flag for a Telon program

Issue/Introduction
Receiving the following message:
IN USE BY ONLINE PROGRAM DEFINITION MENU ****** ** SCREEN IS CURRENTLY IN USE BY xxx
How may the above 'in use by' indicator be removed or reset?
Environment
Telon Application Generator, release 5.1
Resolution
This can be accomplished online from the TDF INSTALL panel with issuing one of the following commands:
* LI WF
* LI WD
* LI WX
If a record is not attached to a current user, please put a Z (zap) by the specific member or members which need to be deleted.
Or, this can be accomplished by running our JREORGWK batch job, found in the pdsqual.INSTALL library.
This job is best run after hours as exclusive use of the VSAM files is needed and all users will therefore need to be logged off of the TDF.
A Delete/Define and reinitialize of the WIP files will then be done, releasing the specific member/members as requested.
