How is Effort Spent calculated in the new User Experience?

Effort Spent is calculated as Project Actuals / (Project Actuals + ETC) x 100.

Additionally, the Investment Allocation job to ensure that effort spent gets updated.

To run the Investment Allocation job:

1. In PPM, go to Home->Jobs
2. Click on the Investment Allocation job, then click Submit
