How to migrate CMS installed with MySql to SqlServer or Oracle

Issue/Introduction

Default install of BOXI create the CMS in MySql.

 

I'm running BOXI for a while and have users, group and definitions created in the CMS, how can I move CMS to SqlServer or Oracle ?

 

Environment

boxi 3.Xwindows 2008

Resolution

1. Launch Central Configuration Manager (CCM)

2. Stop the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA)

3. Right click on SIA and click Properties Go to Configuration tab

4. click Specify Choose the option 'Copy data from another Datasource' and copy the contents from the backed up (source) database to new database (destination).
