How to display WOB retries in Email Notifications in DE (dSeries)?

Issue/Introduction

In DE (dSeries), setup the 'Auto-Resubmit failed job' option in Application workspace Job definition > Options > General tab.

How can one display in the Email Notification body text message the retry number when a WOB has been setup with a multiple retry setting in DE (dSeries)?

All supported DE Releases and versions.

Resolution

Use the %WOB._subcount and %WOB._retrycount built-in symbolic variables in the Email Notification body text message to display the number of times the server resubmitted and retried the job when it failed.
