Issue/Introduction

How does the Web Agent determine the web server version when writing this Web Agent logline:

  "SiteMinder APACHE 2.2 WebAgent, Version 12.52 QMR01, Update HF-06, Level 2009"

Resolution

While logging the details for the Web Agent, the LLAWP module (LLAWorkerProcess.cpp) checks the platform or the component using the AgentFramework. Different Web Agent entries are logged depending on whether the Agent is:

APACHE
APACHE20
APACHE22
APACHE24
DOMINO
IIS70
IIS75
IIS80
IIS100
ISAPI
SPAGENT
SPS60
SUNONE

Note:

  • SPS60 stands for CA Access Gateway (SPS);
    SPAGENT stands for Agent for SharePoint (which is set by the JNI layer in SPS);
