Issue/Introduction

Top Secret supports the CESN CICS signon procedure. Top Secret signon processing operates correctly if the site uses a non-standard signon procedure. The CICS DFHSNP signon program must be invoked. With an in-house written sign-on program that issues an EXEC CICS SIGNON command (DFHSNP is never executed), are password phrases supported?
