Slow Quick View on job query on certain jobs

Issue/Introduction

Only on certain jobs, Quickview is very slow in returning a response back.

Quick View ok overall - but this one job - it takes 1-5 minutes for the results to return in Quick View. 

ECLI it comes back in seconds. 

We want to know why this is happening, stop it from happening, and prevent it from happening again. 

Resolution

The problem was that these jobs had over 10,000 job runs in its history.  DBMaint was not running and caused the high number of job runs.  Run DBMaint manually to help.
