Blocksize requirement for digital certificates.

When pre-allocating a dataset to hold a digital certificate, what should we specify for a blocksize? CA Top Secret documents DSORG=PS and VB is required but it doesn't indicate the blocksize requirement.

Any blocksize can be used. When FTPing or transferring the dataset, you need to tell the recipient the blocksize used.
