Failed logs appear in View Submitted Tasks which detail of the log shows "no results" for each information.
Why does this failed log with "no results" appear?
Does this any impact on the product behavior?

It happens for the automatic transactions triggered in the background and not for user triggered actions like requesting a privileged account. The events what are being showed in View Submitted Tasks are meaning that those are triggered by the system, and it will not impact any product behaviors. Those events are tracked to understand how the system behaves while running the background events. It is working as per design since the events are marked as view only which we are hiding them intentionally, and will not be shown to the user as its internal to the application.
