How do I get an ISVLIB  (Independent Software Vendor) data set for CA products to use with the IBM SCRT (Sub-Capacity Reporting Tool)?

CA Technologies is working with IBM to complete an agreement to get the guidelines for creating the ISVLIB.  We do not have a CA ISVLIB at this time.
