-Run the command in $SPECROOT/SS-Tools
./MapUpdate -v
Does this command show you the "missing" landscape?
If so, kill the Location Server process (LocServer.exe) in the Task Manager. That should also force the processd to restart.
Then, wait a few minutes and check the Connection Status again. The landscape should now be present.
