UMP install process remains in 'Verifying' mode for a long time during install.

Issue/Introduction
During UMP upgrade from 8.51 to 9.02, the process slowed down and remains in Authenticating/Verifying mode for a very long time.

Cause
- 3000 robots attached to the Primary hub
Resolution
UMP robot's wasp CAN be deactivated before you run the UMP installer.
Probes that must be up and running on the Primary hub include:
ace, ade, data_engine, discovery_server, maintenance_mode, mpse, nas, sla_engine, and ems.
During the installation process the Primary hub ALSO searches for all those probes on all the robots connected to the Primary which in this case was 3000.
Customer was able to MOVE a significant number of robots to another hub to speed up the installer process and then UMP was successfully upgraded as it reduced the overhead (number of probe checks done on each robot)
