Issue/Introduction
Looking at the revision history shows a number of entries that show CHANGESETS added, as seen in the screenshot below
What is the source of these entries?
Cause
These entries are put in place by a Version Control System (VCS) connector such as the GitHub connector. When new code is checked into the VCS, the commit message may contain a reference to a formatted ID. When the connector runs, it finds this formatted ID and links the change in the VCS to the work item in Rally and creates a changeset.
Resolution
In order to view the changesets themselves, click on the Connections tab. There you will find links back to the individual changes in the VCS
