Alarm Console show Spectrum alarms for pingables

Issue/Introduction

Alarms on devices not synced to Performance Center, are showing up in the Alarm Console

These devices are not monitored in CAPC and not found in the "Default Domain" Global Collection in Spectrum.

How can I stop these alarms from being seen in the Alarm Console in Performance Center?

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

Reports is listing a context of "All Group" which will include items not synced to Performance Center

Resolution

Narrow the context to apply to just a global collection group, or "All Items" under All Groups/Inventor
