Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.0, users are able to modify SpectroWatches when they do not have the privilege to do so

Environment

Spectrum 10.4.x

Resolution

Please reach out to Spectrum Support and request the following patch which will resolve the issue.

10.04.00.PTF_10.4.006

Symptom : Users can modify the watches using double click on the watch even if they do not have the privilege to do it. 
Resolution: Users need privilege "Manage Watches" as part of the assigned role to modify the watches.
