Issue/Introduction

Unable to install AXA due to OS requirement.

Welcome to the Agile Operations Analytics - Base Platform 17.3.2

Choose one of the following deployment options:

Environment

CA App Experience Analytics 17.x

Cause

We don't officially claim support for it so the installer will block you for further installation if OS version is 7.5+

Resolution

Workaround:

1. Open AXA-HOME/bin/validations.sh

2. Update below environment variable to allow the installer to continue, in this example it it is RH 7.6, so variable needs to be updated as below:

OS_RELEASE_MAX=7.6 

3. Rerun the installer ./aoPlatformInstaller.sh
