The Web Service agent does not support SOAP 1.2

Issue/Introduction
When you are trying to upgrade Web Service agent to SOAP 1.2 You will notice below error message on job.
com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.soap.SOAPVersionMismatchException: Cannot create message: incorrect content-type for SOAP version. Got: application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8; action="http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing/fault" Expected: text/xml

Cause
Compatibility error.
Resolution
Please note that,
RA WEB Service Agent supports only SOAP 1.1 version it doesn't support SOAP 1.2 version
RA WEB Service Agent supports only SOAP 1.1 version it doesn't support SOAP 1.2 version
