MQMonitor is not able to connect with IBM MQ . Errors indicate that a user ID and Password were not provided
Errors in the MQ logs are:
AMQ5540: Application 'WebSphere MQ Client for Java' did not supply a user ID and password .. AMQ5541: The failed authentication check was caused by the queue manager CONNAUTH CHCKCLNT(REQDADM) configuration.

Release : 10.7.0
Component : APM Agents with MQMonitor
Resolution
Set the CHCKCLNT (Check Client Connections) on the Queue Manager to OPTIONAL instead of REQDADM. This means that you do not need to provide a username and a password for the MQMonitor connection to IBM MQ
