Endevor CSV Utility running longer after upgrade to 18.0.12

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading from v17 to v18 there is a performance difference when running the CSV Utility.   It appears that both the elapsted time and EXCP have increased.

Release : 18.0.12

Resolution

A site may see degraded performance when running the CSV utility after upgrading to Endevor 18.0.12.  This is a result of the Enhancement that was introduced in PTF SO01214.

ADD TYPE EXTENSION TO API/CSV LIST ELEMENT OUTPUTS                  
                                                                    
ENHANCEMENT DESCRIPTION:                                            
The Endevor End-to-End Element logging feature formats and writes logging record which are sent to and consumed by CA's Application   
Lifecycle Connector (ALC). The ALC product team requested that the type definition file extension field be added into the API/CSV List 
Element outputs to allow ALC to easily filter and categorize data using the file extension type value.
