Emails being sent in CEM using CSSMTP have incorrect text formatting when html is specified.

Issue/Introduction

Specifying CSSMTP, emails are now correctly being sent, however instead of being nicely formatted, it looks as though they are being sent as text even though html formatl> has been requested with html tags being generated.
