Signout link with SSO returns a 500 server error

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the links below, they return the following error:

HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /sso/sign-in.jsp. Reason: Server Error

Caused by: javax.servlet.ServletException: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.jsp.sign_002din_jsp

The properly formatted URL would be the following for http:

http://PC:8381/sso/sign-in.jsp?SsoProductCode=pc


And this for https:

https://PC:8382/sso/sign-in.jsp?SsoProductCode=pc

Resolution

This error is seen due to the jetty files within /tmp were either removed or are inaccessible.  To recover from this, restart the sso service.
