Negative PRJ_OBJECT_ID values generated in slice table PRJ_BLB_SLICES

Issue/Introduction

When the values in PRID columns of the Prtimeentry table exceed two billion (2148000000) then after the Time Entry records are sliced negative entries get generated in the column PRJ_OBJECT_ID of PRJ_BLB_SLICES.

Resolved in later release of service pack two of 15.7.1
