ACFDCACF module missing from the ACF2 for IMS load libraries

Issue/Introduction

The Module ACFDCACF is missing in ACF2IMS.ACFLOAD which is used by ACF2 for IMS.  What is the procedure to add this back?

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

ACFDCACF was last used in ACF2 release 14.0, and mistakenly in ACF2 r15, till corrected by PTF RO48722 in 2012. ACF2 now uses:

ACFDCAC1 (IMS V11.1)
ACFDCAC2 (IMS V12.1)
ACFDCAC3 (IMS V13.1)
ACFDCAC4 (IMS V14.1)
ACFDCAC5 (IMS V15.1)
