Issue/Introduction

We are trying to install People Soft plugin in a Windows box where Autosys agent is already installed. When we run the plugininstaller.exe after entering all the plugin configuration details it says plugin installation successful but we do not see any plugin details in the agentparm.txt file.

Resolution

Administrator privilege required so open the Command prompt used for the plugin installation as "Run as administrator".
