Issue/Introduction

 

CA SSO is currently acting as the IDP for the AO application. How to
update a 'last login for AO' attribute in the directory whenever the
user performs a federated login to AO?

Aside from creating a custom assertion and updating the lastlogin to
AO directory attribute in the custom assertion code, is there any
other way to update the attribute?

Resolution

 

No. Unfortunately, updating user attributes in the user store requires
custom code as there is no out-of-the-box way to do this.
