Cannot edit alerts

Issue/Introduction

Customer was provided APM gold key license from previous case.  Opening this case to have support assist customer with applying the license and troubleshoot issue.  The gold key for APM is supposed to include all Wily and APM components. 

Customer reports the following:

We can see that the license file you gave us is detected by our wily instance. However, we still could not edit the alerts in wily. We also restarted wily.

Cause

Have License installed but not full permissions set. Default SED/RTV permissions do not include editing management modules. Default permissions are read, run_tracer. https://help.sap.com/doc/fda5f565e02e4bb9b5121430f54b3d56/7.2/en-US/Setup_Guide_Introscope_105E.pdf

Resolution

Set permissions to full on Admin and all accounts. Getting a license alone is not sufficient.
