config tool & tomcat keep attempting to use cci.jks in %TEMP%

Issue/Introduction

In spite of providing the fully qualified path in the config tool to use the cci.jks in, for example, E:\Program Files\CA\CA_OM_Web_Viewer\config, it keeps attempting to open it from C:\Users\UID\AppData\Local\Temp\2\\wvconfig\subfolder\config\cci.jks.

There seems to be no reference for this value.

Resolution

During testing Web Viewer copies the keystore file into the temp direction.  The actual location of the file will be stored into the CCIClient.properties.file
