Unable to Save projects when an attachment attribute is placed on the page

Issue/Introduction

When saving a page in Clarity PPM which has attachment attribute, the page throws an Expired request error

ALERT An expired request has been detected. Request has been canceled

The expired request error was thrown only for users logged in the customer network. From external networks, the page was not throwing error

Environment

Release : All Clarity PPM release
Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Cause

The Clarity PPM application was introduced through Netskope client recently and the security policy on the Netskope was stopping any attachment attribute to go through and load the page. 

If the attachment attributes were removed from the page, the page was saved successfully. 

Resolution

The Clarity application is removed from Netskope for the time being and the certificate is updated.
