System Error when opening an Idea Properties page

Issue/Introduction

When opening an IDEA Properties page, the below error is thrown


The app-ca logs reflects with the below error

Cause

This usually happens when the an attribute corruption happens on that page. 
If there were any new attributes added to the page, try removing that attribute and open the page again. 

Resolution

In this case, Publishing the Idea View resolved the issue.
