How can I load a blank ssdb into the test Spectrum environment with no production devices?

Resolution
You can do this by loading the "legacy.ssdb" database. Go to the SS directory and run:
../SS-Tools/ssdbload -ic legacy.SSdb
(Make sure you're in the SS folder when you run the command)

Additional Information
If you use the -i (initialize) option, you must restore at least the catalog.
Use the legacy.SSdb file to re-initialize your database with the most recently installed modeling catalog.
