SPC-OCC-10266: The web server returned error: Message(s): 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to assign a troubleshooter to an alarm, the following message is returned:

 

SPC-OCC-10266: The web server returned error: Message(s):  452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources.

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.2

Component : SPCOCK : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

This error "452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources" typically indicates an issue on the mail host. This error
   has been seen when the mail host was low on disk space (but can possibly have other causes).

This will need to be checked and corrected by the mail server administors.
