Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to include Legal, Cookie preferences and Privacy in Service Point site?

Client Requirement:

We have opened Service Point to external users they can access to Service Point by Internet and according to our law we have to put this information in the website.

Resolution

We do not directly provide the cookie or privacy consent features. There are purpose-built tools for managing cookie/privacy consent. Product vendors at best can provide a way for such tools to integrate with the product's user interface.

There is a NO configurable way of adding this information to the Service Point home page.
By modifying the HTML file for the home page, it may be achieved but that opens up the patching and upgrade challenges in the future as the OOB files are overwritten during an upgrade/update. 
  
Another way to handle this might be to add the cookie consent statement as an announcement - so it's visible on the homepage all the time but that would not disappear on a click/accept.
