STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Connect to Clarity, create a new user, enable it for time entry and add some permissions
- Now connect as this user - go to New UX, timesheets
- Hit Create on few timesheets
- Do not enter any time
- Check PRTIMESHEET table and note the timesheets were created
- Run Load Data Warehouse - Full and Access rights
- Now go to Advanced Reporting (or Reports and Jobs) and run Time Compliance Detail report - note you see the timesheets there now
- Now open the Resource - Settings
- Disable the Open from Time entry
- Set the Tracking Mode to None
- Save
- Run Load Data Warehouse job.
- Now open Time Compliance Detail report and look for this resource
Expected Results: The resource not to show on the report as it's no longer enabled for Time Entry
Actual Results: Since the timesheets were created, the resource shows on the report
