Issue/Introduction
When a comma is part of a defined Dispatch™ Recipient name, it splits the name somewhere in the processing with DRAS and the Dispatch™ Agent code and returns an incorrect error message. The Data Information Block in DRAS and Agent code show an access error "CADS0222E: SECURITY VIOLATION: NO ACCESS FOR RECIP." with the characters before the comma missing, and the characters after the comma displaced further in the message area of the DIB control block.
The client sees the error "Function OmDRASRequest.OpenRequest in JDrasRecorset.Select failed because of return code STC_TimeOut", and has to log off and back in before any data is returned for any other Recipient.

Resolution
SO10832 Cumulative Build 203 failed to fully address the problem in the customer's environment. They elected to work around the problem by disallowing commas in Dispatch™ recipient names.
