Unable to attach multiple documents

Issue/Introduction
We have a page on the Idea and the Project record for Architecture Review. The page includes an attachment field. The field shows as Multiple Documents but we are not able add more than one document.
Environment
Release : 15.6.1
Component : CA PPM SAAS STUDIO
Resolution
To fix the issue with an attachment attribute below are the steps were performed:
1. Navigate to Administration->Studio->Objects
2. Search for Investment object
3. Click on the Attributes tab and find "Architecture Review Attachment" select check next to that attribute and click on Deactivate.
4. Once deactivated, then Activate it again. (By deactivating attribute you will not lose it's data)
5. Keep in mind that once attribute is deactivated it is removed from the View so you will need to go to Idea View or Project Views and re-add that attribute for Architecture Review subpage.
