Setup Alerting Thresholds Based on Interface 95% Utilization

Issue/Introduction

I want  Setup Alerting Thresholds Based on the Interface 95th percentile Utilization metric. The metric does not appear to be available when creating a threshold profile.

Release : 19.3

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

Events are calculated at data loading time and the 95th percentile is calculated during rollups, So it's not available at data loading time and cannot be used in threshold profitless for eventing.
