OneClick Webapp is slow to connect through NAT VPN in Spectrum 10.4.0

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.0 we have noticed that it can take three minutes to connect through the OneClick webapp, but if we start the Classic OneClick client it connects in the expected time of 30 seconds, 
The connections are through a NAT VPN, but since we do not have delay with the OneClick Client, we would not expect delay with the Webapp.


Using a NAT VPN causes some additional challenges in how Webapp works, as the Webapp was making calls to the inside address until it timed out and then finally made the call to the outside address.

A OneClick code fix was added to address how Webapp works through a NAT VPN network.  Please request patch 10.04.00.D04e from Support if you are on Spectrum 10.4.0 and are experiencing these problems.
