Converted Idea still has status Approved

Issue/Introduction
After an idea was converted, the idea status stays at Approved. Under what conditions an idea status is still Approved and editable even after it has been converted to a project?
Environment
Release : 15.6.1
Component : CA PPM PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Resolution
Once an idea is converted to a project successfully, the idea status should automatically change to converted
As a workaround to get the status to update to the correct status of 'Converted':
1. Convert the idea one more time, creating a "test project"
2. Verify the status converts correctly for the idea now
3. Then you can delete the test project created

Additional Information
An additional note is that once an Idea is converted. The field should become locked and not be able to be changed to another status.
